Jeffrey T. Kiley has decades of investment experience and is a Managing Partner. Jeffrey matriculated at the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has been in the securities industry for thirty-seven years. His career began at Merrill Lynch, evolved to Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse First Boston. During these years, he developed an in-depth knowledge of investment banking, underwriting and additional expertise in Securities Analysis and Risk Management.

Jeffrey achieved the title of Managing Director at both Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse. These years his responsibilities were global and included opportunities and a focus and specialty in the Health Care Markets. For twelve of his thirty-five year career, Mr. Kiley successfully managed funds in predominately publically traded health care securities. During these years, he successfully managed a federal health care entity titled, Pacific Biopharmaceutical Fund, LLC.

A Pennsylvania native, Jeffrey has extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment of the United States Securities industry. His licenses include Series 3, 7, 8, 65 and 66 while having his U-4 unmarked. He focuses on investments in the healthcare sector and shares responsibility for management of the firm.

Recruited Relationship Managers from Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, UBS, Morgan Stanley
Initiated a middle market institutional fixed income sales force, a previously unaddressed business at Credit Suisse.
Supervised this business nationally – hired 28 salespeople. 2010 revenue $50mm
Supervised a national cash management business; $25B in assets and $20mm in revenue

Elected: Global Executive Board, Private Bank; America’s Management Committee; United States Private Wealth Management Committee; and Global Managing Director Election Committee
Retired – 2010.

Successfully consolidated three New York offices into World Financial Center: hired over 60 producers, transitioned sales force from a telemarketing focus to a relationship/client centric, financial solution driven sales force.
Oversight also included two distinct middle market institutional sales groups, equity and fixed income. Revenues: $500 mm.

Los Angeles: opened Private Wealth Management office. Hired senior producers. Office eventually achieved $70mm revenue.
